I am 27 years old and from the beautiful countryside of England. I have always had a love of sport and exercise which led me on to attaining my degree in Health, Exercise and Physical Activity. I am fulfilling my passion and platform of using exercise to combat mental health conditions in my current job as a complex needs teacher. I specialise in exercise and health and social care.

Outside of work I love to be as active as possible. I have played and competed in tennis, table tennis, badminton and dancing since a young age. I love a competitive environment from my love of sport originally inspired from my father, an ex England table tennis champion.

I also have a passion for singing and playing the ukelele. I love to travel to different countries around the world and I can’t wait to travel to Egypt to compete in Miss Intercontinental with all the amazing, beautiful delegates.
