My names Mia Danielle Williams and I am 18 years old from Wales. I am extremely proud to represent my beautiful country and showcase its celtic heritage and incredible culture. I am very passionate about mental health especially in the younger generation and pride myself on being a role model and spokesperson for younger individuals who may not be able to speak freely about the subject. I love talking to younger individuals via my lectures in comprehensive schools across Wales to remind them how important it is to take care of your mind and body. In my spare time I run my mental health with Mia account where I interview individuals from across the continents to find out how mental health systems are operated globally.
