Nell Joostens is a 27-year-old Aeronautical Engineer, working for the fastest growing Belgian airline, TUI fly. Born and raised in Belgium, she developed a passion for aviation and engineering at a young age. Recognizing the gender gap in engineering, Nell became a passionate advocate for young girls aspiring to enter the field. In her free time, Nell enjoys going to the gym, going for a run, and traveling. Driven by a difficult childhood, Nell became a powerful voice in her community against domestic violence. She works closely with a national non-profit organization to organize awareness campaigns, workshops, and support groups, fostering a safe environment for survivors to share their stories. Nell believes that raising awareness is crucial to preventing future abuse and empowering individuals to seek help.
